I showed up to my reservation late by 18 mins. Emma said reservations are running an hour behind, so she will place me in the 15 minute grace period. I sat in my car and waited for the text. Basically, I didn't get seated for another hour. Stephanie our waitress kept apologizing and was trying to move quickly. Now it is about a waiting time of two hours for food. Once the chef he was trying to confirm our food but this young couple kept changing their order and tried to add last minute menu items and continuous modifications; after our waitress Stephanie kept confirming that they were only getting sides not entrees. It was awful because they still kept making modifications with the chef. Gabe left his cooking station to accommodate this couple and he apologized. I said I know it was Valentine's Day, but don't apologize that couple was not being conscious of others at the shared hibachi table. With this occurrence, our chef Gabe was rushing to cook and had to leave the table numerous times again for additional ingredients. He looked so panicked and confused. I absolutely love Benihana. I am vegan, I can only eat the vegetable rice w/o butter and eggs, tofu steak, ginger salad and edamame from the menu. My server had the chef customized my miso soup to make it vegan, it was so good. The food is always delicious and the drinks are all great.

I recently dined at Benihana, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively, and the hibachi chef put on an entertaining and skillful show that made the meal even more enjoyable. Our server, Samantha, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in on us at the right moments, and had a great attitude throughout the evening. She also took the time to explain the menu and made some great recommendations. The manager, Hector, came by our table to see how everything was going, which really showed that he cares about the guest experience. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our visit. As for the food, it was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was flavorful, and the fried rice was some of the best I’ve had. Everything was fresh and prepared right in front of us, making it both a meal and a show. Overall, I highly recommend this Benihana location. The combination of great service, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere makes it a must-visit. The food is excellent in this restaurant. Very authentic and flavorful. However, your management needs to have a conversation with your waiter staff. The Asian waitresses are very inattentive. They do not check with the table, or to see if you need a refill. She brought me the check without asking us if we wanted dessert. Please don’t let bad service ruin your reputation.

Our company ordered a sushi boat from Sushi Yama, and I am absolutely impressed. The service was excellent; our order was ready right on time, and it was nothing short of perfection. The sushi was fresh, of the highest quality, and simply amazing. If you're in search of delicious sushi for an office gathering, family celebration, catering, or dining in, this is the place to go. It truly deserves a five-star rating, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You are the best sushi restaurant in town!

We visited the establishment for the first time. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the interior was beautifully designed. The presentation of the dishes was also well done. In terms of taste, as a big fan of sushi and rolls, I would rate it a three. In my opinion, the prices are overpriced. Additionally, my ramen soup unexpectedly turned out to be vegetarian, but that’s not a big deal—I’m not a huge fan of meat anyway. However, it was slightly bland.

Our go to sushi place, always fresh and on point. My daughter is allergic to: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and eats the food here safely. We always order takeout, there’s not much space if you want to eat in.

Don’t waste your time - go to Yakitori, Lemongrass or Kanpai instead. I hate leaving bad reviews. I always try to solve any problem directly with the resturaunt. Eat their sushi at your own risk. The quality of fish is horrendous and most likely a health hazard. The fish had white stringy cartilage / nerve around all their pieces and could not physically eat it. The sushi was also extremely warm. I called and told them it was not possible to eat and immediately the lady who picked up got defensive, told me to call uber eats, and hung up.

Ate here last night, Christmas day. The service was really great and the food was very good. I had salmon sashimi which was fresh and very good. I ordered the tuna salad with it and ended up taking half home. It was also very good. My husband ordered, shaky beef dish which he said also was very good. It's hard to find a good sushi restaurant in Boca.

My party of four ate here on a Thursday for lunch. It wasn't very busy, but we had reservations and were seated right away. Our drink order was taken while we looked at the menu. We placed a food order once our drinks were delivered. The service was exceptional and the food was fresh, very flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was very enjoyable to watch the food being prepared in front of us and the tricks and showmanship by the preparer was obvious that he took pride in his craft and presentation. We all enjoyed our meal, would recommend to others, and will be back!

Overall I had an excellent time. I love the interior design and our server. My only complaint was the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer the inside of the shrimp was still dirty.

Food here is Amazing all sushi dish are very fresh and delicious you can tell the chef is very skilled and knowledgeable at what he doing. They have happy hour all day til 6 pm everyday that’s a plus. Service is great as always

Having dinner at Sushigo Boca tonight with my boyfriend, and it’s seriously amazing. The sushi and sashimi are so fresh and flavorful—it feels like each piece just melts in your mouth. Everything is beautifully presented, and the atmosphere here is super cozy and welcoming. It’s honestly some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Such a perfect spot for a date night! Highly recommend if you’re in Boca.

AMAZING food and great quality fish! Great menu- full of options and can’t go wrong. Never too busy and service is impeccable! Nigiri is always fresh and never disappoints- from the toro to the geoduck. Quaint little place, not very fancy, but the quality makes up for it. Love this place! I’m celebrating my birthday all month with Omakase dinners and Sushi by Boū was second on my list. This is definitely the kind of experience you bring a girl friend along with to catch up and chat. Not too intimidating and the flavors were very light and simple. It's great for those who want to experience a 17-course omakase without breaking the bank and without the fuss. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to be a little more adventurous with their sushi selection and experience that speakeasy vibe

I was excited to try this place as they are new in the area so i made a reservation and give it a try the vibe when u walked in was nice the place really give it a vibe of a club scene. We try the 17 course and the food was good but the chef was very rushed and make everything feel like u need to eat and just go i understand that they only give 60 mins so they can turn to the next round but not as the other places they made me feel like i need to eat quick and there is no explanation of each bite over all was alright the food quality was good tho

Last night, I tried Sushi by Bou, an omakase experience located in the Royal Palm Shops in East Boca. The space is very small but undeniably charming, with an intimate counter-only setup that adds to its appeal. The service was excellent—attentive and professional. The sushi itself showcased good quality and creativity, though it didn’t quite reach the level of extraordinary. However, the biggest drawback—and one that I noticed has been mentioned in other reviews—is the pacing. Each piece of sushi is served in rapid succession, leaving little time to savor and enjoy the experience. The entire meal is completed in just 50 minutes to accommodate the next seating, but this rushed approach undermines what should be a more relaxed and immersive omakase experience. For a concept like this, a 90-minute timeframe would be far more appropriate. While the food and service are commendable, the hurried pacing detracts from the overall enjoyment and needs serious rethinking.

I was looking for a affordable Omakase in Boca and i found SunSet Lunch Omakase it was superb!! The quality of the food are best the chef is so great at what she doing and very nice and friendly we had great lunch ever!! We ordered Uni to try since i always judge sushi place from the quality of Uni and their Uni was best one in Boca.

We had our pro and con list ready but had to shelve it because after tireless searches, we couldn’t find our exact match. I would not recommend this company. We had a horrible experience.NIGHTMARE of a company and WHOLE experience. I have worked in real estate with hundreds of brokers and agents and never had an experience like this. It all stems from Broker Claude, he sets the tone and he is awful. He was so rude and disrespectful. We worked with Karen Hurley and she was awful ( she never communicated, barely did anything, and then yelled at us on the phone because we asked for an update! We asked for someone else, but she made it hard to do that, when we finally talked to the broker, he was awful, rude, aggressive, and kept putting it off, he finally called back and said - We just needed to get over it and learn to work with her! Um, No! Not to mention he tried to lecture us for not taking an offer, that #1- was not his business, #2 it was day one on the market, and #3 Karen told us not to accept it either and later changed her mind after the fact, then said it would have never worked out anyways. We demanded a new agent, and he just would not help. So we asked to be released with no penalty or get a new agent. I said Do I need to report you? His response was _ oooooo, I am so scared. Are you kidding me? He wasted our time and when he knew we were not going to accept this behavior, he finally got us a new agent. Didn't say a word we just got a phone call from one. She was much better than Karen. However, we still had to do most of the work and push her to have our back! But I would pick her over Karen any day, but in reality. I would NOT work with this company again. This is not just a transaction, It was our home. The whole experience was terrible. We just purchased a new home, and what a difference. Please don't settle, and read the contract before you agree to work with them. They WORK For you, not the other way around. This company is being reported. First time back since they reopened and I really enjoyed it! We had a lot of the happy hour specials which were good. Our waitress Jordan was very nice as well. I would recommend the Korean wings, spicy tuna crispy, and sushi rolls.

By FAR the best sushi in south Florida besides Takato in ft Laurdale that compares to this, I am a sushi conesour. This is the best of the best. And I get my rolls custom made and they do exactly as ordered

The sushi was mediocre at best. We did take-out. What a disappointment to get home and find the Salmon Lovers Roll was not topped with seared salmon … just another piece of raw salmon . How could they even make this mistake? And the sauce with it was lousy. The food comes in cheap containers with a cheap set of chopsticks and not even a spoon with the miso soup. I would say this is a bad value for the money and not the best choice of the many sushi places in the area. We were very disappointed.

WoW, just WoW!!! I love coming to this place whenever I'm in the area. It's the kind of Asian buffet that other Asian buffets need to aspire to. The Food is always delicious with no need for special modifications. The Service is professional & they know how to not be in your way when moving around or cleaning. The Atmosphere is comfortable, even when it's packed. I'm returning every time I'm in Boca.

Ok, this is our go-to place for good sushi, being a buffet. The quality of the food is good and there is a wide variety, both sushi and hot dishes. The service is not bad, the attention of the waiters is usually good. The hostesses, on the other hand, are a separate issue, they always seem not to want to be there, they don't know what to do, I have never seen any of them smile, they are not friendly and seem to be lost. Aside from this, beyond being an important point, the rest meets expectations, except for the bathrooms, they are disgusting.
