To be honest, I’ve come here multiple times and only ever had the beef boat noodles . The first time I went to Ruuthai’s I ordered it, and on every subsequent occasion I could simply not hold myself back because I craved the taste so much. It’s a unique flavor with a broth that I would drink by itself it’s so good – my preferred way to enjoy it is to loop the noodles into a spoon, filling the crevices with a rich, flavorful broth and plopping a piece of beef or sausage to top it off. The ensuing bite is a heavenly moment that honestly reminds me why life is worth living. The other dishes also look delicious :) 10/10 highly recommend
