Hot pot starts at 4 PM when din sum ends. It is the only hot pot I have found in Vermont! It was delicious. The lovely lady that works there gave us some pork shumai on the house even though it was after they stopped serving! It was so nice of her. Their broth is made in house with lots of love. The chef came over to our table a few times to chit chat about it. My husband and I absolutely love hot pot, so this was very appreciated! Everyone was so kind. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Note: they don’t allow young children at hot pot due since it could be dangerous. We had the wagu and the ribeye. The servings of meat where incredibly generous. Neither of us could finish all of the veggies that came with it. They packed up everything including the broth to take home! I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be back with friends! (We drove an hr and a half just to eat here, and no regrets!)
