Best Restaurants Open for All You Can Eat Sushi in Bismarck – 2025

The food was wonderful from the hibachi grill and the gentleman cooking it was wonderful. That’s the best I can say about the entire experience. The people sitting beside us had a staple in their salad. We had ordered a beverage that took them at least 30 minutes to bring and then it was the wrong drink. The second time they brought the beverage took just as long and again was the wrong thing and in a broken glass that was leaking everywhere. We had to flag down a different waitress because ours never came back to see if we needed anything and she got us a new drink that was finally correct. The waitress was never seen again. I had to get my own to go boxes for leftovers and flag down a different waitress yet again to get the bill. I rate the service as horrible and we won’t be going back.

I have been coming here for years whether it’s for a birthday or just a family dinner. They have skinny little server guy that started to talk bad about my family and I due to the amount of a tip I left last time. He even came to my table and said” this is all you are to tip”. Now I work on the food industry and I know first hand that they should never ask you about the amount of your tip you leave the. To talk about you when you come in again is foul, rude and down right wrong. Guess we will have to figure out somewhere else to go from now on. Won’t be coming back here again

We came in for lunch. They had lunch specials Monday through Saturday till 3 pm. The onion soup was excellent. Our favorite sushi pretty simple the California Roll. Watched it being made. We ordered the dinner Habachi, I wanted the noodles and vegetables, had to take some home! I went back and watched a chef prepare some Habachi table side but we were sitting in a booth. The tempura shrimp comes with two shrimp and tempura veggies. It was crispy and delicious. Service was fast and server Michael and another gal were very attentive refilling drinks and checking on us. Love the decor. They also have a happy hour.

When I arrived in the big city of Bismarck, I ordered one of my favorite cuisines. The order was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented! I had it delivered, and it was packaged in an organized manner. So, I placed another order and tried a different meal. I was impressed again. My recent order was fresh, delicious, and organized. That Miso soup was amazing, too!

Wonderfully delicious with great service and prices. My only gripe is that the decor doesn't feel authentic. Very... early-2000s wannabe Japanese, if that makes sense.

Food and service were just fantastic! Can’t wait to go back and try more things.

This place has super yummy big portions ramen! Best we have tried so far! Can’t express enough how good it really is. We got our Spicey sauce on the side so we could add to flavor how we wanted! Little pricey since we tried multiple dishes but we felt it was worth it! Came here with my daughter for her birthday Jan 2025 roughly late lunchtime and we loved it. We tried gyoza, sushi, boba milk tea (don’t usually like the original ones from other places we tried but the taro here was yummy!) 2 different types ramen along with another dish I can’t remember! We loved it! The food was delicious service and food was fast prompt and easy. Straight to the point which works for us since we eat talk a little and like to head out once done. They were helpful and polite. Get in and get out we enjoyed it a lot and definitely recommend! Plan to head here for our son’s birthday and we can’t wait!

Traveled north for a friend's kid's wedding. Stopped here on our overnight stay before flying back east. Located inside the mall. It was so good! Our server was awesome! Water never got empty. We tried the Egg Rolls and Roast Pork Bun. I really liked the pork. The sauce tasted like ginger teriyaki. Huge portions of soup, and mine was amazing! My wife loved her sushi, as well. She said the spicy tuna was actually spicy. I loved my ramen so much, I didn't try it! The Nagasaki roll was fantastic. The cream cheese complimented the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura really well. Great flavor, you could taste each item in the roll. On a spice scale, she said it was a 2-3 on a spice scale to 5 for a "non-spicy person". Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Ja Bomb was an amazing dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome with their outstanding customer service. They were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and were completely satisfied. The food was absolutely top-notch, every dish was packed with incredible flavors and made with care. What really stood out was the personal touch; I had some interactions with staff because of One Piece, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere, Ja Bomb is the place to go! :))))) I’ll definitely try to go again ٩( 'ω' )و

We stopped in for my daughters 17th birthday and it was an amazing visit! Food was 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend! Pork buns are the best I've ever had! Sushi is always amazing here! My daughters only ask on her birthday was to come to Nara and Amy and Rocky made it great! Thanks! We will be coming back in the future!

Staff are always super friendly & the food is always fantastic here. The music is lovely as well. One of my favorite places to stop & have a bite to eat in Bismarck. They also do take out orders as well. I love the black garlic tonkotsu ramen, it always hits the spot, & the teas are wonderful!

Gimme a minute to find some words…… ‍ The server asked me if we needed anything as he collected our bowls, a Time Machine would be perfect so that I could back up and experience this again. I ordered the Spicy Tantanmen, the broth was rich and fulfilling with a heat that personally I enjoyed and still lingers on my lips just slightly. Depending on one’s exposure to heat it might be recommended to order ‘mild’ but as for myself off the menu was perfect. The cuts of pork were perfectly meaty and marbled and cooked so as to have a crispness and not feel rubbery and gelatinous in my mouth. I second the rave reviews I’ve heard from local family and I’m over the moon I’ve had the chance to experience this place myself. I hope it continues to receive all the support it needs to be successful and here when I visit again. Nicely done!

I haven't been back for a few years, due to a unpleasant visit, so I thought I'd give them another shot. My experience was basically the same: subpar food and poor service. The sushi didn't taste very fresh and the shrimp tempura wasn't even deveined. The hot dishes were just OK, but the pad thai was not good at all; it tasted more like tomato than tamarind. On top of that, my server was pretty rude. I will be staying away from this place in the future

Absolutely terrible. Dry, flavorless fried shrimp served with a flavorless mayo based "sauce" that tastes like plain mayonnaise. Mediocre sushi served with way too much pickled ginger, the smell is quite overpowering. My kani salad was ordered mild, and I recieved spicy kani salad with almost zero cucumber. It was cucumber peels instead. My dinner was supposed to come with macaroni salad, I didn't receive it. We won't even talk about the noodles. That was something from another planet, apparently. We're talking Star-Trek Klingon food. I threw the noodles in the trash. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Peaceful, pleasant, lovely experience. The food was a unique take on pad Thai, and the dessert options are perfect. This restaurant is easy to miss, but don’t ignore this fantastic eatery. You won’t go hungry either, the serving sizes are more than adequate for left overs. Pleasant customer service, makes a great place for a quick bite to eat or even a date night!

My fav place to eat in the Bis/Man area! Not a whole lot of Asian food places in the area, and many don’t do it well unfortunately, but Ichiban stands out! Everyone is super friendly and efficient in their service. The food is super good and you can’t go wrong with your order! My partner and I have ordered from their appetizers, sushi, ramen, hibachi, and entree menus and have been more than satisfied with all of it. Definitely one of the better food spots in town and for sure my favorite!

Food was excellent and the prices can't be beat. Servers were all very sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back! EDIT 2/27/2025: We've been back a few times now and it's still wonderful! I wanna bring some attention to the wait staff; they're all so sweet and charming and love to laugh. Paul was our waiter last time and he was really very attentive and friendly! I also love how they've started playing actual Japanese music in the dining area. I've always wanted that extra bit of immersion when eating somewhere that serves food from different countries. すぐにもどってきます!

We were visiting Bismarck, and I really wanted to have noodles for dinner. I am so glad we ended up here. I got the Ramen kimchi. The kimchi was not overly spicy but a perfect balance of crunch, tang, slightly sweet, with amazing flavors that elevated the ramen. The noodles were chewy (al dente), which I prefer over soft noodles that soak up all the broth. I did wish they had an option for rice noodles, but it was extremely happy with their house noodles. The 2nd picture is the Tonkutsu Ramen that my daughter selected and enjoyed. The 3rd are simple tuna and salmon rolls that are made with quality ingredients, and they were affordable at about $6 a roll. They had many other sushi rolls available that I would love to try. I also got sweet potatoes tempura for an appetizer, and those were delicious as well. The waiter, Paul, was extremely friendly and kind. Amazing customer service from Paul. The restaurant is also very nice. There were a lot of people there, so it was busy. It's not too noisy there, but it is not a quiet place either. I would compare the noise level to like a busy Olive Garden. I am looking forward to returning the next time I am in Bismarck!

Hmmmm…. I’ve tried similar to this resto one in Milwaukee . Since we haven’t tried this one yet so we did . I didn’t like my order much the Sweet Heat . It has a kick which is what I wanted but I guess for me it’s too overwhelming the seaweeds , jalapeño plus didn’t I don’t like it eat raw salmon or anything now so I guess I made it me not liking it much . But in fairness the raw salmon taste good . Everything mixed together taste actually 8/10 but just not my thing . I taste the teriyaki meal and its taste good . Location and ambience is 8/10 Staffs were courteous .

I was waiting for a poke place in Bismarck! Finally!! I love this place! The portion was great! Food was delicious & fresh! Staff were so nice& kind! Inside was so clean!

We ordered chicken teriyaki and coco loco. I was surprised in the flavor of the teriyaki, it was quite dull from what I was expecting. It was decent but I wouldn't order it again. Wife didn't like the coco loco, so we traded bowls. I thought the coco loco was pretty good, but I think it'd be better as a side rather than a whole meal. It's imitation crab if anyone is wondering. The food portions are good. I wanted noodles but wasnt willing to pay $3 extra. Overall, I can see some people loving the food, but for us we'd rather just order sushi somewhere

So the staff is so indifferent and unwelcoming it really feels like you are bothering them by being in their restaurant, but if you can get past that the food is AMAZING! Every item I chose was outstanding. I hate overcooked restaurant veggies, but all the veggies here were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I only wish we had a buffet this good where I live. Try the watermelon!

The hibachi grill is really neat but I think he watered down the food when grilling. I can understand to an extent because it needs it but then the food really didn't have much flavor. Otherwise great! Love all the good choices.

We're not from Bismarck, but try to come here when we visit. The food is excellent with a lot of variety. I had ribeye steak this last time and it was very good. What I love is there is always something for the kids. They give my son a balloon animal or last time it was a light up Santa snap bracelet. Leaving with a full tummy and a happy child makes the experience do much better. I can't say enough good things. We love this place!
