We ordered a 32-piece sashimi special, and it was delicious. The fish was fresh and it was a good variety. It would have been nicer if it didn't take 2 hours for us to finish our meal because the food was trickling out.
IchiUmi is a great spot for Japanese food, especially during lunch when you can enjoy their reasonably priced bento boxes. The tuna tower is a standout dish—definitely top-notch and worth trying. The service was okay; I had to flag the server down a few times to get water refills. The space is spacious, though it feels a bit dim and could use a more updated look. Overall, a solid choice for good Japanese cuisine at a fair price.
Very tasty and fresh sushi! Their Happy Hour, which is M-Th 11 am - 5:30 pm, is very good bang for your buck.

This place deserves all the positive reviews you have read. Fantastic service. The food is amazing. I’m not even going to give recommendations - you can just soak in the beauty from the photos. The menu has a hundred items you’re going to want to order. Their craft cocktails are fantastic too. Well worth the high prices.
Excellent meal as always. We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Amazing food and great staff. The inside can get a little noisy but not a big deal. Highly recommend the omakase menu.
Exceptional! Best meal in Austin — best meal ever! If it were possible to give MORE stars, then Uchi would receive way more than the available five here. Every single moment and every bite was decadent. Highlights: hot rock; uni from Santa Barbara and Hokkaido; pork belly; snow crab. My partner very much enjoyed the brussels sprouts. I don’t usually order dessert but we got the banana cake and honey toast. I could not pick which one was better. The service was on point. Superbly kind and considerate with the perfect balance of communication. I recommend making a reservation in advance, although, it did not seem as though parties waited very long for a table. Also, complimentary valet! We got one of the best tables in the place! We shall return!

Sushi is pretty good. Service is definitely lacking. Restaurant seems a bit unclean. I came in to dine solo and put my name on the computer list. About 5/6 couples came in after me and were all seated before me. There was also a group of 3 that were there way ahead of me and were still not seated after about 30 minutes of waiting. Finally one of the hostesses came over and got me. There were several spots throughout the restaurant available. Sushi is okay. Not a huge selection. Quality is probably a 4/5. It can take awhile to get certain pieces depending on where you sit or you can order them directly. For some reason this restaurant is a dead zone for cell service and the self pay would not load for me. I did the server checkout, which took about 20 minutes. I had to ask 3 different people until someone finally let me pay. Not the best experience.
Fun sushi boat experience in Austin. The food is good, but not amazing but there are a lot of choices. If the sushi looks like its been on the belt for a while, I just order what I want from the tablet. If theres a wait, you can put yourself on the list on the app but be aware that when the app says it is a 90 minute wait, it will really be half of what it says, and if you miss your spot, they delete you.
It's a reasonable price. I used to have a bad food condition. I was satisfied with my visit. Recently, all Japanese restaurants have become too expensive. It's a satisfactory price. If you want high quality, I recommend somewhere else.

Excellent service all around. Our food came out in under 10 minutes for all 8 dishes, very amazing. The Shrimp tempura was tasty as well as nice and crunchy. The curry soda was as ok, the noodles were nice and chewy but feel the lack of protein/beef was disappointing.
Although we were unable to reserve online and the wait time was estimated at 20 minutes when we got there, they got us in within 5 minutes which was really nice. The chicken karaage was especially delicious as well as the rolls we got. I did not enjoy the shrimp tempura very much which was kind of disappointing. I will definitely be back, I just won’t get the shrimp tempura. Everything else though, yummy
Good restaurant that's worth a little wait. The tempura veggies were great (except the pepper was very spicy with no warning), the curry noodles were flavorful with a good texture. The sushi was packed with flavor with a nice crunch and the Brussels sprouts were a nice off menu treat.

Pita Fusion serves delicious pita sandwiches, bowls as well as salads. You have the options to build your own, or go with their signature combinations - all of them look great! We generally prefer build your own pita sandwich so we could choose what goes in. We frequent different Pita Fusion locations and have always found their quality is fresh & sauces are AMAZING! Service is quick. Prices have gone up quite a bit over the years so it’s a bit on the pricier end for a QSR & the size of sandwiches you get.
I got the Tex-Med bowl and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and worked well together. Highly recommend!
I want to start by saying that my older brother is mentally handicapped, so what happened tonight at this place truly meant the world to me. While waiting for my wrap, I noticed the place getting busier, and the two guys working were absolutely killing it. They clearly knew their customers and handled everything with ease. Then, a handicapped man walked in and both employees immediately engaged with him—talking, joking, and making him smile. They went out of their way to make him feel welcomed, valued, and special. That kind of kindness is rare these days, and it was amazing to witness. Thank you both for showing him such genuine warmth. I truly believe coming here was the highlight of his night—his smile said it all. 10/10 customer service! Seriously. Oh and that new red pepper relish.... its sooooooo good!

We love sushi is this was our Saturday date night choice. Needed a reservation to avoid long wait and sit inside. Atmosphere was very themed and cool. Our waitress offered great recommendations from drinks to specials to most ordered. All the dishes were creative and tasted great. Had a solid drink menu of alcoholic and mock-tails. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend dining here.
My favorite thing about Lucky Robot is that everything came in even numbers so my husband and I got to split the dishes evenly! So annoying when there’s not enough for everyone to have an equal amount. While I felt like they skimped on the fish in the rolls (compared to other sushi spots,) the flavors were awesome! The pork and ginger dumplings were some of the best I’ve had. And the aesthetic/vibes are perfect - casual but luxurious, fun and friendly, great lighting and decor. Can’t wait to go back and try their omakase!
Nice spot to eat at. Over the years, I've been stopping in every now and then to try my luck on a table. It's a matter of luck to get a table when going. It could be a 5 minute wait or an hour wait, depending. The food has never disappointed me. The scenery is great, too. Sometimes, the service can be a little lacking. It can take a while to get an order in or to close your tab.I supposed its due to the staff being very busy.

Food was excellent. Happy hour prices amazing all day Sundays. Service was not great. We reserved an inside table and it was ready on time, but they brought us to a patio table. It was freezing. We asked for an inside table as per the reservation, and we had to wait like 8 more minutes. Sushi was very tasty. Waiter was not the most attentive. Everything took forever to come, so I recommend ordering all at once. Bar drinks came (we ordered upon sitting down), and we were basically done eating our meal when they came. Crab Rangoon and calamari was delicious. Rolls were excellent. Drinks surprisingly good!
The service and atmosphere here is nice, but I honestly was relatively disappointed by the food outside of the drinks. The calamari was pretty decent as was the beef hot plate. The crab rangoons weren't anything special to me. The rainbow roll and cherry bomb were both salty (the rainbow roll because of the crab meat and the cherry bomb because of the rice tempura soaking up the salty sauce). The chocolate torte was also too unpleasantly sweet for me. The China Doll cocktail was delicious though. The happy hour price is decent but the menu doesn't offer too much variety.
The service is bad for a weekday afternoon when the restaurant is not busy. Hostess had a poker face and very unwelcoming. Good sushi. Great location. The service should be better considering the location, excellent crowd and the price. Salmon skin roll and spicy gringo is a must try.

Me and my husband went her for a late valentines date tonight and the staff was incredible. PEACH & CAMERON were unforgettable. Had to leave a comment for the manager (who also was very pleasant and a breath of fresh air) I 100% suggest this restaurant and we can’t wait to go back. Food wise, WOW! It was all so good but, when we didn’t love a dish Cameron immediately took it and offered an alternative dish that blew us away. Don’t think about it just give this place a chance! 10/10.
First time here. Three of us shared some bites from the happy hour menu the sushi rolls were great, as well as the hush puppies and golden beets. The house margarita was not great. Way too sour. We sent it back and it came back way too sweet. Our server was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The salt air margarita was delicious and balanced. For dessert we shared the chocolate terrine. It was heaven on a plate! Can’t wait to come back!
We had shrimp cocktail appetizer (delicious), sake ceviche (good), wedge salad that was ok, and the blackened chicken linguini. The chicken was good but the linguini was a little too soft, almost overcooked and parmasean cream was overseasoned, very spicy. Waitress Sasha was friendly, food was very slow coming out. Inside outside seating available.

Two different visits have put Soto on our top table list for Sushi. Imaginative, fresh, expressive and luscious riffs on so many cuts. The menu is extensive, the daily specials push us in different directions. And the knowledgable staff and wonderful service make it so easy to just give them the ball and enjoy the progressions. There's also this thing they call "Happy Hour", an ancient concept to be sure, but if you happen to be there at that time, the value proposition is even stronger. Great wine list and service with such a friendly, disarming approach. Naturally at this level, it is pricey, but not out of line, and the quality of cuisine and service is so impressive, even generous. We love Soto!
Saki was our server and she is an all star!! She recommended dishes and was spot on. The flavors here are 10/10. Fresh fish, different twists that are delightful. We will come back and request her again. We eat sushi regularly and live in the area and somehow this place now got on our radar. We were not disappointed and loved our experience. Thanks Saki!!!
Great sushi food and service. It was my first time coming in and we had a lovely birthday lunch for a our dear friend and food is amazing and the service is a topnotch. All the food she recommended is so delicious. And our server brought us a yummy dessert. Thank you for all your recommendations.
